Daily Cladd suggests outfits and clothing based on your style preferences and local weather. Recommendations are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only — they are personal suggestions, not professional styling, sizing, or purchasing advice. You decide what to wear and what to buy.

Daily Cladd participates in affiliate marketing programs. Some outbound links to retailers are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no additional cost to you. Commissions never change which items we recommend.

All purchases happen on the retailer’s own website, subject to their terms, pricing, availability, shipping, returns, and privacy practices. We are not a seller and are not a party to any transaction between you and a retailer. Prices and stock shown in the app may be out of date; the retailer’s site is authoritative.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recommendations will suit your taste, fit, budget, or the actual weather, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Weather data and product information come from third parties and may be inaccurate or delayed.

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• copy, scrape, or redistribute our images, recommendations, or content without permission;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.

The Daily Cladd name, app, website, recommendation engine, and the styled images we generate are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own non-commercial use. Product images and trademarks on retailer pages belong to their respective owners.

Daily Cladd does not require an account, email, or password. Your preferences are tied to an anonymous device identifier. Reinstalling the app or resetting the identifier starts a fresh profile and disconnects prior taste data. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeOverflow Co., Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for any transaction, product, or content on third-party retailer sites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of any protection granted by mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
